These terms cover workmade.co.uk, the UK early-access site run by WorkMade Technologies, Inc. ("WorkMade", "we"), 2261 Market Street, Suite 85249, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. They're short, because the site is simple.

What this site is

An announcement and a waitlist for WorkMade's upcoming UK product for sole traders. The product itself isn't available yet. Nothing on this site is a live service, an offer capable of acceptance, or a contract to provide one.

What this site is not

Nothing here is tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and nothing here is a service regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Any descriptions of the future product — features, pricing, timing — are our current intentions, not promises, and may change before launch.

The waitlist

• Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
• A place on the list, and any queue position, is not a guarantee of access, pricing, or launch timing.
• Referral codes are for sharing with real people. We may remove signups or referral credit generated by bots, scripts, or self-dealing, and may withdraw or change any referral rewards before launch.
• You can leave the list any time by unsubscribing or emailing hello@workmade.co.uk.

Fair use of the site

Don't abuse the site: no scraping the waitlist endpoints, no submitting other people's email addresses, no attempting to disrupt or overload the service. We rate-limit and may block traffic that ignores this.

Our content

The WorkMade name, logo, and the content of this site belong to WorkMade Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. Third-party names (including HM Revenue & Customs) belong to their owners; nothing here implies affiliation or endorsement.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of a free informational site — though nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The legal frame

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — except that if you're a consumer, you keep any protection and forum rights your local law gives you. If we update these terms, we'll update the date at the top; material changes to how the waitlist works will be emailed to the list.
